Live your ordinary life in peace and harmony. Do not dwell too long on the disasters of life. They occur and subside, occur and subside. Keep healing in your nearby enviroment. Recognize your neighbours, hug a child, walk a dog through an ancient, wonderful landscape.
It does not mean ignoring your co-citizens in Asia, it means setting the psychic energy on transformation, on the shift. This is your time to start yet another healing-process in your sacred space, Mother Earth. Yes, her green children may die the nuclear death, but they will always survive as species in the long run. But you humans won't unless starting the global process on environmental friendship. Environment in this aspect includes – psychology in each person, and the micro/macro environment ie. from cellular to total Eco-system-enviroments.
Pray for Japan. Send the love, but most of all – make sure there is no risk this can ever happen in your life-zone. Extinguish the evil goods – the oil and the nuclear sorry-power. Attend the meetings of the civil Gods, ie. those who have the unveiled eyes, those who are sent down to assist you in the Cause. You recognize them by their glowing carisma. Join the party …
